Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of restaurant general manager experience
- Prior multi-outlet or hotel food and beverage management experience
- Strong emphasis on beverage sales
- Ability to supervise and lead up to 24 front-of-house team members per shift
- Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work hands-on on the floor engaging with guests and team members
Job Qualifications

- Previous multi-outlet or hotel food and beverage experience
- Strong emphasis on beverage sales
- Proven leadership skills

Job Duties
- Directs and organizes the activities of the food and beverage departments to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits
- Plans and directs functions of administration and planning of the food and beverage department to meet daily operation needs
- Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
- Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff
- Engages with guests on the floor and guides team members
