Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of restaurant general manager experience
  • Prior multi-outlet or hotel food and beverage management experience
  • Strong emphasis on beverage sales
  • Ability to supervise and lead up to 24 front-of-house team members per shift
  • Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work hands-on on the floor engaging with guests and team members

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of restaurant general manager experience in a sales-driven establishment
  • Previous multi-outlet or hotel food and beverage experience
  • Strong emphasis on beverage sales
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain high operational standards
  • Experience with food, beverage and labor cost controls

Job Duties

  • Directs and organizes the activities of the food and beverage departments to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits
  • Plans and directs functions of administration and planning of the food and beverage department to meet daily operation needs
  • Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
  • Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
  • Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff
  • Engages with guests on the floor and guides team members
