Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management or related hospitality role
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in cost management and operations planning
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in food and beverage management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations and cost controls
- Familiarity with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work primarily evenings, weekends and holidays
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Job Duties
- Plan and direct functions of administration and planning of the Food and Beverage department to meet daily operational needs
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff
- Oversee in-room dining operations ensuring adherence to Forbes Travel Guide standards
- Collaborate with Director of Restaurants to uphold and enhance service standards
