Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations
- Availability to work primarily evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in luxury or upscale hotels
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in managing costs and budgeting
Job Duties
- Plan and direct the food and beverage department operations to meet daily business needs
- Implement effective controls for food, beverage, and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Supervise, train, evaluate, and schedule food and beverage staff
- Oversee dinner service at Estuary ensuring adherence to Forbes Travel Guide standards
- Manage in-room dining operations during shifts
- Foster an environment that delivers exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences
