Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations
  • Availability to work primarily evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in luxury or upscale hotels
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in managing costs and budgeting

Job Duties

  • Plan and direct the food and beverage department operations to meet daily business needs
  • Implement effective controls for food, beverage, and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Supervise, train, evaluate, and schedule food and beverage staff
  • Oversee dinner service at Estuary ensuring adherence to Forbes Travel Guide standards
  • Manage in-room dining operations during shifts
  • Foster an environment that delivers exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences
