Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage management

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in food and beverage management within luxury or high-volume hotel environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends and regional sourcing practices
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in budget management and cost control
- Familiarity with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and fostering a positive work environment
Job Duties
- Plan and direct the daily operations of the Food and Beverage department to meet operational needs
- Implement effective controls over food, beverage, and labor costs to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to provide outstanding customer experiences
- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate Food and Beverage staff
- Oversee Estuary’s dinner service and in-room dining operations to uphold Forbes Travel Guide standards
- Collaborate with senior management to implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
