Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of food and beverage leadership experience
  • Experience in upscale dining
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team of 30 or more employees
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Commitment to upholding Hilton’s core values and standards

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of food and beverage leadership experience
  • Background in upscale dining
  • Prior union management experience is a plus
  • Prior in-room dining experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Demonstrated creativity and initiative
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to engage with guests and resolve conflicts professionally

Job Duties

  • Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in Atrio, In Room Dining and Leonessa rooftop bar
  • Ensure food quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guest specifications
  • Interact with guests to obtain feedback on quality of service and food in outlet
  • Greet and seat customers, resolve problems to the satisfaction of involved parties and answer telephones in a clear voice, coordinate and document reservation
  • Document inventory forecast usage and monitor supply so that restaurants are stocked with linen, glassware, silverware, china, condiments, in order to provide service
  • Assist in ensuring that restaurant complies with sanitation and safety standards for guests and team members
  • Check that all equipment is in working order
  • Visually inspect and take action to ensure that facilities in restaurant look appealing and attractive to guests
  • Follow up on work orders so repairs and maintenance of facility are completed on a timely basis
  • Participate in marketing efforts of restaurants, create menu ideas, survey competition and report food trends, and assist in preparations of specials
  • Interact with customers to determine needs, satisfaction and resolve conflicts
