Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of food and beverage leadership experience
  • Proven background in upscale dining
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and safety compliance
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of food and beverage leadership experience
  • Background in upscale dining
  • Experience with union management is a plus
  • In-room dining experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to monitor and improve product quality and guest satisfaction
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in Atrio, In Room Dining and Leonessa Rooftop Bar
  • Ensure food quality is consistent, appealing and prepared to guest specifications
  • Interact with guests to obtain feedback on service and food quality
  • Greet and seat customers, resolve guest problems to satisfaction, and manage reservations
  • Document inventory, forecast usage, and monitor supplies to maintain stock levels
  • Ensure restaurant complies with sanitation and safety standards
  • Inspect equipment functionality and oversee facility maintenance
  • Participate in marketing efforts, menu creation, survey competition and report food trends
  • Interact with customers to determine needs, satisfaction and resolve conflicts
