Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years food and beverage leadership experience
- Experience in upscale dining environment
- Ability to manage a team of 30 staff
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of food and beverage leadership experience
- Background in upscale dining
- Experience with union management is a plus
- Experience with in-room dining is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Job Duties
- Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in Atrio, In Room Dining and Leonessa Rooftop Bar
- Ensure food quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guest specifications
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback on quality of service and food
- Greet and seat customers, resolve problems to satisfaction of involved parties and coordinate reservations
- Document inventory, forecast usage and monitor supply to ensure restaurants are stocked
- Assist in ensuring county compliance with sanitation and safety standards for guests and team members
- Participate in marketing efforts, create menu ideas, survey competition and report food trends
