Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years food and beverage leadership experience
  • Experience in upscale dining environment
  • Ability to manage a team of 30 staff
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of food and beverage leadership experience
  • Background in upscale dining
  • Experience with union management is a plus
  • Experience with in-room dining is a plus
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Job Duties

  • Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in Atrio, In Room Dining and Leonessa Rooftop Bar
  • Ensure food quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guest specifications
  • Interact with guests to obtain feedback on quality of service and food
  • Greet and seat customers, resolve problems to satisfaction of involved parties and coordinate reservations
  • Document inventory, forecast usage and monitor supply to ensure restaurants are stocked
  • Assist in ensuring county compliance with sanitation and safety standards for guests and team members
  • Participate in marketing efforts, create menu ideas, survey competition and report food trends
