Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of food and beverage leadership experience
- Experience in upscale dining environments
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of 30 members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory and stock management
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years food and beverage leadership experience in upscale dining
- Experience managing teams of 30 or more
- Background in luxury hospitality preferred
- Familiarity with union management is a plus
- Prior experience in in-room dining operations is advantageous
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to maintain high service and quality standards
- Creative problem-solving and guest relations skills
Job Duties
- Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in Atrio, In Room Dining, and Leonessa Rooftop Bar
- Ensure food quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guest specifications
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback on quality of service and food in outlets
- Greet and seat customers, resolve problems to the satisfaction of involved parties, and answer telephones clearly
- Coordinate and document reservations
- Document inventory forecast usage and monitor supplies to maintain stock of linen, glassware, silverware, china, condiments
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards for guests and team members
- Check equipment functionality and maintain restaurant facilities in an appealing condition
- Follow up on work orders to ensure timely repairs and maintenance
- Participate in marketing efforts, create menu ideas, survey competition, report food trends, and assist in preparation of specials
- Interact with customers to determine needs, satisfaction, and resolve conflicts
