Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of food and beverage leadership experience
  • proven ability to manage front-of-house operations
  • strong customer service orientation
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • familiarity with restaurant inventory management

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of food and beverage leadership experience
  • background in upscale dining
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • experience with unionized teams and in-room dining a plus
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in Atrio Restaurant, Leonessa Rooftop Bar, and In-Room Dining
  • manage and motivate food servers, bartenders, and other front-of-house staff
  • oversee scheduling, service standards, training, and safety compliance
  • maintain inventory and supplies including linen, glassware, silverware, china, and condiments
  • ensure restaurant cleanliness and equipment functionality
  • participate in marketing efforts, menu creation, and food trend analysis
  • interact with guests to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction
