Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years management preferably in restaurant club hotel or service industry
  • Demonstrated leadership in guest hospitality with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work long shifts for special events and large crowds
  • Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
  • Sound knowledge of restaurant management software
  • Excellent verbal written and presentation communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license reliable vehicle insurance and safe DMV record as applicable
  • Flexibility to work varied office hours due to hotel needs

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years management experience preferably in a restaurant club hotel or service industry
  • Excellent customer service leadership skills and ability to create a positive guest relations atmosphere
  • Creativity and attention to detail to develop the food and beverage experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of restaurant management software
  • Excellent verbal written and presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively with community partners vendors external parties and internal divisions
  • Valid driver’s license reliable vehicle with insurance and safe DMV driving record if applicable

Job Duties

  • Assist in development implementation and maintenance of written F and B objectives and standards of practice with procedures for implementation
  • Promote teamwork within the Food and Beverage department and between other departments to ensure smooth operations and quality service
  • Handle sudden situations such as staff or customer complaints lack of inventory lack of staff and terminating or replacing staff members
  • Supervise and manage front of house associates on all shifts including staffing scheduling coaching training and evaluating
  • Monitor the service of food and drinks to guests and customers while ensuring labor laws health compliance customer satisfaction and brand standards are followed
  • Assist with managing all Food and Beverage operations within the hotel with a hands on approach overseeing daily activities of staff
  • Write and monitor work schedules order and check shipment arrivals and enforce cleaning schedules
