Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field
- Minimum of three years of restaurant or hospitality experience
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
- Bar experience preferred
- Must obtain and maintain Responsible Beverage Service certification
- Must obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain gaming license if required
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Ability to work evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- Ability to exert physical effort including lifting up to 40 pounds
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Availability to travel for meetings and events
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field
- Minimum of three years of restaurant or hospitality experience
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
- Bar experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Ability to delegate, multitask, lead and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
- Ability to perform simple mathematical operations
- Friendly and efficient service orientation
- Stress management and calmness under pressure
Job Duties
- Accountable for all front-of-house team members assigned to the venue
- Implement training programs to ensure high-quality service aligned with brand standards
- Ensure optimal operations during business hours by monitoring customer satisfaction and resolving complaints
- Manage venue operations to budget revenue, food cost, expense, headcount, and profit
- Collaborate with venue chef to oversee food costs and menu appeal
- Maintain accurate inventory of supplies and equipment
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met and oversee equipment maintenance
