Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field
  • Minimum of three years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
  • Bar experience preferred
  • Must obtain and maintain Responsible Beverage Service certification
  • Must obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
  • Ability to obtain and maintain gaming license if required
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
  • Ability to work evening, weekend and holiday shifts
  • Ability to exert physical effort including lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Availability to travel for meetings and events

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field
  • Minimum of three years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
  • Bar experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Ability to delegate, multitask, lead and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical operations
  • Friendly and efficient service orientation
  • Stress management and calmness under pressure

Job Duties

  • Accountable for all front-of-house team members assigned to the venue
  • Implement training programs to ensure high-quality service aligned with brand standards
  • Ensure optimal operations during business hours by monitoring customer satisfaction and resolving complaints
  • Manage venue operations to budget revenue, food cost, expense, headcount, and profit
  • Collaborate with venue chef to oversee food costs and menu appeal
  • Maintain accurate inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met and oversee equipment maintenance
