Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field
  • minimum of three years of restaurant or related hospitality experience
  • minimum of three years of supervisory experience
  • bar experience preferred
  • related, relevant, or direct experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements
  • proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • must possess strong leadership and people management skills
  • able to communicate change effectively
  • able to delegate, multi-task, prioritize, and lead in a fast-paced environment
  • maintain strict confidentiality
  • communicate clearly in English
  • perform simple math operations
  • provide friendly and efficient service to guests and team members
  • work under pressure calmly and efficiently
  • obtain and maintain Responsible Beverage Service certification
  • obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
  • may require gaming license by San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission
  • valid driver's license and vehicle insurance with minimum liability limits as role requires commuting between locations

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service, business, or related field

Job Duties

  • accountable for all front of house team members assigned to the venues
  • implement training programs to ensure high-quality service and product knowledge
  • monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
  • manage venue budgets including revenue, food cost, expenses, and headcount
  • collaborate with culinary team to oversee food costs and maintain menu attractiveness
  • maintain inventory control of all items including china, glassware, and supplies
  • ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment maintenance
  • prepare operational reports including sales, inventory, and personnel
  • lead by example to maximize team morale
  • perform other duties as assigned to support efficient department operations
