Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field required
  • minimum of three years of restaurant or related hospitality experience required
  • bar experience is strongly preferred
  • minimum of three years of supervisory experience required
  • related, relevant or direct experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements
  • must obtain and maintain responsible beverage service certification
  • must obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
  • may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license
  • valid driver's license and vehicle insurance with minimum liability limits required due to driving responsibilities
  • able to work evening, weekend and holiday shifts
  • able to lift up to 40 pounds
  • maintain neat and well-groomed appearance
  • able to work in fast-paced environment
  • able to communicate in English
  • maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field
  • minimum of three years restaurant or related hospitality experience
  • bar experience strongly preferred
  • minimum of three years supervisory experience
  • proficient in Microsoft Office
  • strong leadership and people management skills
  • ability to communicate change effectively

  • work well under pressure

Job Duties

  • Accountable for all front of house team members assigned to the venues
  • implement training programs to ensure high-quality service that aligns with brand standards
  • monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
  • manage venues to budget revenue, food cost, expense, headcount, and profit
  • collaborate with venues chef to oversee food costs and menu appeal
  • maintain accurate inventory of supplies and equipment
  • ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
