Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in food and beverage
  • Luxury hotel food and beverage experience required
  • Full availability to work flexible shifts
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to comply with health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Food and Beverage supervisor in a luxury hotel
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to high standards of health, safety and sanitation
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Job Duties

  • Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet daily operational needs
  • Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and customer satisfaction
  • Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff
  • Collaborate with Director of Food & Beverage and leadership team to guide operations across multiple dining venues
  • Manage a team of 70 associates to ensure seamless service delivery
