Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage within a luxury hotel
  • Full availability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Ability to comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Willingness to collaborate with team members and management

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years as a Food & Beverage supervisor in a luxury hotel setting
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations and controls
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Commitment to upholding Hilton’s values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency
  • Experience in managing diverse teams and multiple outlets

Job Duties

  • Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet daily operational needs
  • Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
  • Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to coordinate smooth operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
