Job Requirements

  • Degree or certificate in marketing or related field
  • minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience
  • experience in tap room, tasting room, bar or restaurant front of house operations and marketing
  • ability to lead a team or sub-group
  • availability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficient in social media content creation and basic graphic design
  • exceptional interest in beverage trends
  • experience with event planning and coordination
  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • commitment to high standards of quality
  • knowledge of compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

Job Qualifications

  • excellent multitasking and project management abilities

Job Duties

  • Lead a sub-group or team within the marketing department
  • provide support for social media content creation
  • maintain a positive attitude and strong leadership capabilities
  • communicate effectively with groups and individuals
  • manage onsite availability including weekends with hosted events
  • manage multiple concurrent projects and assignments
  • maintain high standards for quality
  • recruit, train, and supervise hospitality staff including tap room managers and assistant managers
  • motivate and develop staff to deliver exceptional service
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • create and implement staff incentives and goals
  • support event planning and coordination including live music and festivals with food and beverage specials
  • collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote events and increase attendance
  • oversee smooth and efficient operations of hospitality areas
  • manage inventory of bar supplies and hospitality materials
  • ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • track and analyze guest feedback to identify improvement areas
  • generate and present hospitality performance reports to management
