Job Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of restaurant management experience in upscale dining environment
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture preferred
  • Experience managing a unionized environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to train and develop team members
  • Proven track record of enhancing guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department
  • Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
  • Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Baldi Italian Tuscan Steakhouse
  • Collaborate with Restaurant General Manager to achieve business goals
