Job Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of restaurant management experience in upscale dining environment
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture preferred
- Experience managing a unionized environment preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Proven track record of enhancing guest satisfaction
Job Duties
- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Baldi Italian Tuscan Steakhouse
- Collaborate with Restaurant General Manager to achieve business goals
