Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets
- Ensure exceptional guest service and adherence to brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper equipment function
- Collaborate with Sales, Catering, Banquets, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services
- Support operational efficiency and service excellence across departments
- Monitor guest feedback and operational performance metrics
- Help achieve revenue goals while managing labor and expenses
- Maintain proper inventory controls and equipment care
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service, and guest satisfaction
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and engagement
- Recognize performance and address employee concerns professionally
