Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in high volume food and beverage management
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to perform both front-of-house and back-of-house duties
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and security policies
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Passionate about guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Food and beverage management experience in hotel, restaurant, chain, or multi-unit settings
  • Experience with food costing and inventory management
  • Knowledge of labor costs and scheduling oversight
  • Self-motivated and passionate about guest service delivery
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Minimum 2 years of high volume food and beverage experience
  • Demonstrated passion for motivating a guest-centric team

Job Duties

  • Ensures guest satisfaction through effective and efficient service, impactful team leadership, and maintaining a clean and pleasant environment
  • Maintains accurate and complete reporting including daily operations, inventory, and scheduling reports
  • Trains, develops, and mentors a team of engaged, focused, and dedicated associates committed to quality
  • Creates crew schedules and identifies when to send crew home according to labor models and guest traffic and volume patterns
  • Assists with ordering, accounting and maintaining product and supply inventories
  • Takes initiative to immediately act on violations of safety, sanitation and security policies
