Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant food and beverage management experience
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings as required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Proficiency in scheduling and inventory management
  • Commitment to safety, sanitation, and security standards

  • Experience with food costing and inventory
  • Labor costs and scheduling oversight
  • Self-motivated and passionate about guest service delivery
  • Experience in a multi-cultural environment
  • Minimum 2 years’ high volume food and beverage experience
  • Demonstrated passion for motivating a guest-centric team

Job Duties

  • Ensures guest satisfaction through effective and efficient service
  • Maintains accurate and complete reporting including daily operations, inventory, and scheduling reports
  • Trains, develops, and mentors a team of engaged, focused, and dedicated associates committed to quality
  • Creates crew schedules and identifies when to send crew home according to labor models and guest traffic/volume patterns
  • Assists with ordering, accounting and maintaining product and supply inventories
  • Takes initiative to immediately act on violations of safety, sanitation and security policies
  • Leads both front-of-house and back-of-house operations to guarantee exceptional guest experiences
