Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant food and beverage management experience
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Proficiency in scheduling and inventory management
- Commitment to safety, sanitation, and security standards

- Experience with food costing and inventory
- Labor costs and scheduling oversight
- Self-motivated and passionate about guest service delivery
- Experience in a multi-cultural environment
- Minimum 2 years’ high volume food and beverage experience
- Demonstrated passion for motivating a guest-centric team
Job Duties
- Ensures guest satisfaction through effective and efficient service
- Maintains accurate and complete reporting including daily operations, inventory, and scheduling reports
- Trains, develops, and mentors a team of engaged, focused, and dedicated associates committed to quality
- Creates crew schedules and identifies when to send crew home according to labor models and guest traffic/volume patterns
- Assists with ordering, accounting and maintaining product and supply inventories
- Takes initiative to immediately act on violations of safety, sanitation and security policies
- Leads both front-of-house and back-of-house operations to guarantee exceptional guest experiences
