Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years experience in a high-volume restaurant and/or catering and events environment
- Strong food knowledge with a variety of menus
- Experience supervising service team members
- Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written skills with staff
- Availability to work days evenings holidays weekends and events
- Commitment to uphold company policies and operational standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant and/or catering and events environment
- Strong food knowledge with a variety of menus
- Previous experience supervising service team members
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- No formal degree required
Job Duties
- Hire train and manage an effective team providing feedback on their job responsibilities and alignment to Delaware North programs
- Research and develop new policies procedures menus and control policies that elevate service standards and accountability of staff
- Coordinate menus and alcohol compliance and quality standards handle guest relations and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations ensuring compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and inventory control to optimize costs and maintain product quality
- Implement training programs to enhance team performance and guest satisfaction
- Resolve guest complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer service
