Job Duties
- Supervise and manage all food and beverage employees and operations
- maintain high standards of service, presentation, and sanitation in all outlets
- review staffing levels to ensure operational and financial goals are met
- support team members by performing duties as needed during peak periods
- lead with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among staff
- identify and support employee development through training, coaching, and mentorship
- set departmental goals and ensure efficient execution to achieve results
- enforce compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and liquor laws
- establish clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable
- foster a culture of service excellence and guest engagement
- anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- maintain a visible presence during service to ensure standards are met
- gather guest feedback to continually improve the food and beverage experience
- empower employees to deliver personalized and memorable service
