Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or minimum two years hospitality experience
  • recent hospitality graduates considered
  • strong knowledge of Clover Sport POS, inventory software, and IT processes preferred
  • prior inventory control experience preferred
  • serv-safe manager, alcohol, and allergen certified or willingness to obtain
  • ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • willingness to work irregular hours including nights and weekends
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • flexibility and adaptability to change
  • professional demeanor
  • valid food safety permits required
  • ability to work in variable environments both indoor and outdoor

Job Qualifications

  • strong working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and general workplace safety standards
  • demonstrated financial acumen
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and Clover Sport POS software
  • flexibility to work extended or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work independently on multiple projects
  • strong leadership and client relationship management skills

  • ability to control costs and manage financial reporting
  • strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • valid Lancaster County Food Manager permit within 30 days of hire
  • Serv Safe Manager, Alcohol, and Allergen certifications within 30 days

Job Duties

  • Oversee concessions and warehouse associates including developing, promoting, corrective counseling, mentoring, evaluating performance, and providing feedback
  • set inventory levels and create recommendations in warehouse, concession stands, portables, bars, and kiosks
  • order product for events and inspect and accept deliveries for quality and accuracy
  • maintain existing programs and develop new creative concepts for food and beverage service
  • collaborate with Executive Chef and Senior Food & Beverage Manager to ensure quality standards
  • oversee pricing and portions within profit guidelines
  • ensure all units are visually appealing, well lit, and correctly signed
  • display products according to best industry standards
  • study current trends to improve operations
  • manage repair and maintenance schedules of service equipment
  • handle operations of permanent stands, portable carts, bars, kiosks, and warehouse
  • maximize sales by ensuring excellent guest experience
  • conduct management by walking around during events
  • coordinate end-of-month inventory with Senior Manager
  • recruit, train, and staff all concessions and warehouse areas
  • maintain staff training manuals and SOPs
  • work with systems to create sales documents, input inventory, code payroll, and generate reports
  • comply with health department and safety regulations
  • uphold company policies
  • provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors
