Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business or related field preferred
  • 3–5+ years of experience in high-end dining management private clubs or fine-dining restaurants
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • proficiency in POS systems scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations with ServSafe certification preferred
  • flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise all dining operations including casual dining fine dining banquets and special events
  • recruit train and manage a high-performing team of servers hosts and dining staff fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • ensure a consistently outstanding member and guest experience by maintaining service standards and attention to detail
  • collaborate with culinary leadership to coordinate menus wine pairings and seasonal offerings
  • manage scheduling labor costs and dining budgets to maximize operational efficiency while maintaining quality
  • oversee inventory ordering and supplies to ensure smooth operations
  • ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards
  • work with event and banquet teams to plan and execute member events and private functions
  • handle member feedback and service recovery with professionalism and discretion
  • prepare reports on dining operations including financial performance guest satisfaction and staffing metrics
