Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business or related field preferred
- 3–5+ years of experience in high-end dining management private clubs or fine-dining restaurants
- strong leadership skills
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- proficiency in POS systems scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
- knowledge of health and safety regulations with ServSafe certification preferred
- flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise all dining operations including casual dining fine dining banquets and special events
- recruit train and manage a high-performing team of servers hosts and dining staff fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
- ensure a consistently outstanding member and guest experience by maintaining service standards and attention to detail
- collaborate with culinary leadership to coordinate menus wine pairings and seasonal offerings
- manage scheduling labor costs and dining budgets to maximize operational efficiency while maintaining quality
- oversee inventory ordering and supplies to ensure smooth operations
- ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards
- work with event and banquet teams to plan and execute member events and private functions
- handle member feedback and service recovery with professionalism and discretion
- prepare reports on dining operations including financial performance guest satisfaction and staffing metrics
