Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in food and beverage management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing budgets and cost control
- Knowledge of menu planning and inventory management
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification preferred
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations
- Oversee budget planning and cost control
- Develop and plan menus in collaboration with culinary staff
- Manage inventory and ordering procedures
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service
- Lead, train, and motivate food and beverage team members
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
