Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in food and beverage management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience managing budgets and cost control
  • Knowledge of menu planning and inventory management
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • More than 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • Proficient in menu planning and development
  • Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures

  • ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations
  • Oversee budget planning and cost control
  • Develop and plan menus in collaboration with culinary staff
  • Manage inventory and ordering procedures
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service
  • Lead, train, and motivate food and beverage team members
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
