- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education or literacy to identify product labels and communicate job-related needs
- Previous restaurant or banquet manager experience at a full service hotel or convention center
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required
- Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Warm, professional demeanor reflecting company culture
