Job Duties

  • Oversee the opening and closing of all food and beverage spaces ensuring procedures are followed with precision
  • Maintain a strong floor presence during service reinforcing Renwick Hospitality standards and supporting the team in real time
  • Ensure all steps of service hospitality expectations and guest-facing details align with Renwick Hospitality Group core values
  • Manage order intake verify invoices and communicate with the finance team
  • Oversee inventory levels to ensure proper stock while minimizing waste
  • Follow all Renwick administrative and financial procedures including team reports cash drawers cash intake and nightly reporting
  • Lead pre-shift meetings communicate goals and ensure the team understands the why behind decisions
