Job Duties
- Oversee the opening and closing of all food and beverage spaces ensuring procedures are followed with precision
- Maintain a strong floor presence during service reinforcing Renwick Hospitality standards and supporting the team in real time
- Ensure all steps of service hospitality expectations and guest-facing details align with Renwick Hospitality Group core values
- Manage order intake verify invoices and communicate with the finance team
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure proper stock while minimizing waste
- Follow all Renwick administrative and financial procedures including team reports cash drawers cash intake and nightly reporting
- Lead pre-shift meetings communicate goals and ensure the team understands the why behind decisions
