Job Requirements

  • At least three years of progressive leadership experience in food service
  • bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, or Business Management preferred
  • strong financial management skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • physically able to lift and carry weights of 10-40 pounds
  • able to stand for prolonged periods
  • flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, or Business Management highly preferred
  • at least three years of progressive leadership experience in food service, ideally in a themed environment
  • strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to foster teamwork and develop others
  • focus on customer service and thorough understanding of guest expectations

Job Duties

  • Leading the food and beverage team to deliver an unmatched guest experience
  • driving operational effectiveness, staff development, and comprehensive cost controls
  • planning, budgeting, staffing, guest services, food safety, and employee oversight
  • partnering with team members to enhance service quality, efficiency, and sanitation standards across all facilities
  • monitoring budget targets, labor hours, food costs, and inventory, ensuring a seamless operational flow
  • implementing company policies and supporting staff development through progressive action and planning
  • maximizing revenue and per capita spending while maintaining strict budget controls
  • ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations, conducting regular training and audits
  • acting as the point of contact for guest and operational matters, providing leadership on duty
