Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years food and beverage supervisory experience
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of three meal restaurants preferred
- Knowledge of hotel food and beverage operations and room service preferred

Job Duties
- Manage the front-of-house operations for The Rux Rooftop and Church & State
- Lead the operational efforts of the bar and lounge teams
- Actively engage with the bar team and guests
- Assist in the completion of F&B orders in the absence of the Executive Chef
- Manage inventory monthly and place weekly bar orders
- Attend BEO meetings and other leadership meetings weekly
- Oversee and execute all bar-related banquet events
- Provide training, direction, supervision, and hands-on support for associates and supervisors
- Facilitate communication, engagement, and conflict resolution within the team
- Partner with Sales team to execute and improve brand events and recognition
