Job Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • advanced knowledge of food and beverage service
  • strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • ability to maintain composure in a fast paced hospitality environment
  • strong attention to detail and service standards
  • minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in food and beverage/hospitality management
  • private club or upscale hospitality experience preferred
  • strong knowledge of wine and beverage service
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods during service
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business requires

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in food and beverage/hospitality management
  • private club or upscale hospitality experience preferred
  • strong knowledge of wine and beverage service
  • hospitality degree preferred but not required
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • ability to maintain composure in a fast paced hospitality environment
  • strong attention to detail and service standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee the daily operation of food and beverage outlets including a la carte dining, bar service, and special events
  • ensure outlets are properly staffed and prepared for each service period
  • maintain operational readiness including cleanliness, organization, and service setup
  • ensure opening and closing procedures are followed in accordance with club standards
  • maintain a consistent presence on the dining room floor during service periods
  • assist in coordinating service operations between front of house and culinary teams
  • promote and uphold North Ridge Country Club’s culture of hospitality and member focused service
