Job Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- advanced knowledge of food and beverage service
- strong organizational and multitasking ability
- ability to maintain composure in a fast paced hospitality environment
- strong attention to detail and service standards
- minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in food and beverage/hospitality management
- private club or upscale hospitality experience preferred
- strong knowledge of wine and beverage service
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods during service
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business requires
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in food and beverage/hospitality management
- private club or upscale hospitality experience preferred
- strong knowledge of wine and beverage service
- hospitality degree preferred but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and multitasking ability
- ability to maintain composure in a fast paced hospitality environment
- strong attention to detail and service standards
Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operation of food and beverage outlets including a la carte dining, bar service, and special events
- ensure outlets are properly staffed and prepared for each service period
- maintain operational readiness including cleanliness, organization, and service setup
- ensure opening and closing procedures are followed in accordance with club standards
- maintain a consistent presence on the dining room floor during service periods
- assist in coordinating service operations between front of house and culinary teams
- promote and uphold North Ridge Country Club’s culture of hospitality and member focused service
