Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a food and beverage manager or in a food and beverage leadership role
- Background in hotel or hospitality food and beverage operations strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of service standards, cost controls, and operational efficiency
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Hands-on leadership style with a guest-first mindset
- Professional communication skills and sound decision-making ability
- Flexible to work various shifts including holidays and weekends

Job Duties
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations including restaurant, bar, breakfast, banquet, and event services
- Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation
- Lead, train, schedule, and supervise food and beverage staff
- Develop and maintain a positive, service-driven team culture
- Monitor and manage food, beverage, and labor costs to achieve financial goals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Maintain brand standards and operating procedures
- Manage inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, and cost controls
- Coordinate with Sales and Events teams to support group functions and special events
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist in developing menus, promotions, and service enhancements as appropriate
