Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a food and beverage manager or in a food and beverage leadership role
  • Background in hotel or hospitality food and beverage operations strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of service standards, cost controls, and operational efficiency
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Hands-on leadership style with a guest-first mindset
  • Professional communication skills and sound decision-making ability
  • Flexible to work various shifts including holidays and weekends

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations including restaurant, bar, breakfast, banquet, and event services
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Lead, train, schedule, and supervise food and beverage staff
  • Develop and maintain a positive, service-driven team culture
  • Monitor and manage food, beverage, and labor costs to achieve financial goals
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Maintain brand standards and operating procedures
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, and cost controls
  • Coordinate with Sales and Events teams to support group functions and special events
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist in developing menus, promotions, and service enhancements as appropriate
