- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
Job Duties
- Running daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring high standards for food and beverage service
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and leading staff members, including servers and bartenders
- Managing inventory, receiving products, and implementing cost controls for food and labor
- Coordinating food and beverage for golf outings, tournaments, and events
- Ensuring compliance with health department codes, safety regulations, and alcohol service regulations
- Training staff and providing clear direction during busy service times
- Managing multiple tasks efficiently
