Job Qualifications

  • Upper-level hospitality student or recent graduate
  • Hospitality professional seeking leadership experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage, preferably in hospitality
  • Proficiency with POS systems such as Golfnow or Ezlinks
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask under pressure
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service

Job Duties

  • Running daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring high standards for food and beverage service
  • Hiring, training, scheduling, and leading staff members, including servers and bartenders
  • Managing inventory, receiving products, and implementing cost controls for food and labor
  • Coordinating food and beverage for golf outings, tournaments, and events
  • Ensuring compliance with health department codes, safety regulations, and alcohol service regulations
  • Training staff and providing clear direction during busy service times
  • Managing multiple tasks efficiently
