Job Requirements

  • Must have 2 plus years of hotel restaurant experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to manage shifts and schedules
  • Competence in inventory control

Job Qualifications

  • Must have 2 plus years of hotel restaurant experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends as well as industry best practices
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary
  • Implement and enforce policies and procedures to optimize service, efficiency, and productivity
  • Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and mentor restaurant staff including servers, bartenders, and support personnel
  • Assist in the design and implementation of training programs to enhance staff performance and guest satisfaction
  • Supervise the bar and lounge areas including staffing, inventory control, and quality of service
  • Assist in the development of beverage menus ensuring alignment with current trends and guest preferences
  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, setting the standard for staff interactions with guests
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly
  • Manage labor and scheduling controls
  • Oversee P and L operational controls
  • Control inventory costs
