Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
- minimum of 5 years of food and beverage management experience
- exceptional leadership organizational and communication skills
- strong financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting
- in-depth knowledge of food and beverage including wine and spirits
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification and knowledge of local health regulations

Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets
- manage and mentor the food and beverage staff fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
- develop and implement menus ensuring seasonal and innovative offerings
- monitor and control food and labor costs to maximize profitability
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- collaborate with event planners to design and execute catering and banquet services
- build and maintain strong relationships with club members while addressing any concerns promptly
