Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
  • minimum of 5 years of food and beverage management experience
  • exceptional leadership organizational and communication skills
  • strong financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting
  • in-depth knowledge of food and beverage including wine and spirits
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe certification and knowledge of local health regulations

Job Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets
  • manage and mentor the food and beverage staff fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • develop and implement menus ensuring seasonal and innovative offerings
  • monitor and control food and labor costs to maximize profitability
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • collaborate with event planners to design and execute catering and banquet services
  • build and maintain strong relationships with club members while addressing any concerns promptly
