Job Requirements
- minimum 5 years of food and beverage management experience in luxury or resort hospitality
- strong expertise in Asian cuisine, sushi, or Japanese dining concepts
- exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- proven ability to manage budgets, labor, and operational metrics
- guest-focused mindset with outstanding problem-solving skills
- prior experience in resort-based food and beverage operations is a plus
