Job Requirements

  • minimum 5 years of food and beverage management experience in luxury or resort hospitality
  • strong expertise in Asian cuisine, sushi, or Japanese dining concepts
  • exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • proven ability to manage budgets, labor, and operational metrics
  • guest-focused mindset with outstanding problem-solving skills
  • prior experience in resort-based food and beverage operations is a plus
