Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Food and Beverage management
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety food service regulations
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficient with spreadsheet and word processing software
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management Culinary Arts or a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Food and Beverage management preferably in a venue or arena setting
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficient with spreadsheet and word processing software
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Job Duties
- Oversee food and beverage operations including scheduling inventory management and procurement of supplies for all events
- Monitor and analyze financial performance including budgeting cost control revenue generation and pricing strategies
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management review
- Ensure POS system is maintained and fully utilized for inventory control and accurate reporting
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by upholding quality standards and promptly addressing inquiries and complaints
- Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation regulations and licensing requirements through regular inspections
- Collaborate with event planners and departments to create customized food and beverage plans
- Develop and implement innovative menus reflecting current trends
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery
- Manage hiring training evaluating and disciplining Food and Beverage Department employees
