- Previous leadership experience in hotel restaurants or similar environment

Job Duties
- Drive restaurant results
- Own sustainability of food and beverage initiatives
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality
- Raise guest satisfaction scores, service, revenues and profit margins
- Maintain courteous and professional demeanor
- Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with colleagues and other departments
- Maintain open door communication with employees
- Uphold highest hospitality and service standards
- Create and develop training programs for continuous improvement
- Maximize utilization and appearance of food and beverage areas
- Develop and improve procedures to boost guest patronage
- Handle guest complaints diplomatically
- Inspect and taste prepared foods for quality and sanitation
- Participate in financial decision-making of food and beverage program
- Manage inventory and ordering of beverages
- Participate in weekly departmental meetings
- Adhere to all operational standards, policies, and procedures
- Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling and budgeting
- Assist in interviewing, selecting, training, and scheduling personnel
- Monitor and develop employee performance including counseling and evaluations
- Ensure staff understands job expectations
- Maintain employee documentation
- Perform other duties assigned by leadership
