Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- previous management experience required
- valid state driver’s license required
- minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage management
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- able to stand for extended periods
- ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, walking, and climbing ladders
- able to work independently and handle emergency situations
- capable of working in cold environments
- willing to perform seasonal snow removal
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or related field preferred
- minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage management preferably in high-volume or truck stop environments
- proven experience managing branded and proprietary food programs
- strong leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of food safety regulations and health department compliance
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- ability to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment
- flexible to work weekends and holidays
- valid state driver’s license required
Job Duties
- Supervise and motivate a team of food service employees to provide high-quality customer service
- ensure staff knowledge of branded and proprietary food programs
- conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- oversee branded and proprietary food programs ensuring consistency in quality and presentation
- coordinate with vendors for timely delivery
- monitor inventory levels and place orders
- manage food cost and labor budgets for profitability
- monitor customer satisfaction and address complaints
- implement high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- oversee daily operations including staffing and stocking
- assist with food and beverage preparation and serving
- perform regular quality checks on food offerings
- ensure food handling safety and cleanliness
- maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and staffing
- prepare weekly operational performance reports
