Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work varied shifts including early mornings and late evenings
- ability to work full-time
- willingness to complete ServSafe Manager certification if not already certified
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to enforce company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Experience leading teams of 5 or more people in a fast-paced environment
- ability to obtain ServSafe Manager certification prior to completion of training
- strong leadership skills
- effective communication skills
- ability to manage time and priorities
- capability to develop and coach employees
Job Duties
- Communicate with and support other leaders on shift
- ensure systems and processes are followed throughout the restaurant
- assign team member to positions and run breaks
- coach and encourage team members
- perform disciplinary procedures when CFA standards are not met
- attend weekly leader meetings to provide feedback and collaborate to identify and solve problems
