Job Duties
- Take ownership of food and beverage programs including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering
- Drive food service sales and meet performance goals focusing on quality and consistency
- Monitor market trends and collaborate with peers to create action plans for optimization
- Serve as the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Deliver training to Customer Service Associates to enhance skills and motivate customer service excellence
- Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development while recognizing and fostering associate growth
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health standards in food service areas
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and upkeep of equipment for efficient operations
