Job Duties

  • Take ownership of food and beverage programs including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering
  • Drive food service sales and meet performance goals focusing on quality and consistency
  • Monitor market trends and collaborate with peers to create action plans for optimization
  • Serve as the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Deliver training to Customer Service Associates to enhance skills and motivate customer service excellence
  • Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development while recognizing and fostering associate growth
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health standards in food service areas
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and upkeep of equipment for efficient operations
