Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least two years supervisory experience in a club hotel or full-service restaurant
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • customer service oriented with a focus on member satisfaction
  • knowledge of POS systems and reservation management
  • ability to plan and coordinate large events and banquets
  • familiarity with staff scheduling tools such as Homebase app
  • ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally

  • At least two years supervisory experience in a club hotel or full-service restaurant, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer service oriented with a focus on member satisfaction, knowledge of POS systems and reservation management, ability to plan and coordinate large events and banquets, hands-on management style with member and staff engagement, familiarity with staff scheduling tools such as Homebase app, ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally

Job Duties

  • Manages the service of members and guests in the club's dining rooms, supervise dining room staff, greet and seat members and guests, ensure that dining facilities are properly set at the beginning of each lunch and dinner shift, assign work duties to the food and beverage staff including side work for all shifts, manage reservations for a la carte dining as well as all events, ensure excellent service and attention are given to each member and correct deficiencies immediately, plan implement and maintain processes that enhance proper service and overall member satisfaction, relay necessary information to staff as needed, assure all menus are correct in the POS computer and menus are prepared for service, oversee actual service on a daily basis in all areas of the club including grill bar ashbridge room banquets and the snack bar, plan staffing scheduling and specification for all service staff on Homebase app including wait staff bartenders bus staff hosts and food runners, help enhance training program and train service team members on dining and beverage in dining rooms and banquet settings, diagram buffet tables guest tables and other function room set up needs for all events, check function sheets BEOs against the actual room set up, oversee personnel scheduling for special events, handle members complaints, obtain or delegate collection for prompt payment for all events, attend weekly BEO meetings, assume closing manager and or responsibility of manager on duty in the absence of bartenders or captains, perform all other duties and special projects assigned by the general manager
