- Direct the daily flow of the restaurant, maintaining top-tier presentation and professional standards
- lead the charge in recruiting, interviewing, and training new talent to maintain a high-performing team
- mentor hourly team members to help them reach their next career milestone
- maintain a safe environment through strict adherence to security protocols and health department regulations
- handle guest feedback with grace, turning first-time visitors into lifelong fans
- master the menu and prep standards to ensure every Bloomin Onion and steak is served perfectly
- represent the Outback brand within the local community through marketing and engagement efforts
