Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in hospitality or similar industry
- bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Culinary Management preferred
- food handler certification if applicable
- excellent interpersonal communication skills
- strong problem-solving abilities
- solid organizational skills
- flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Evaluate restaurant service performance daily
- coordinate timely food production
- participate in evaluation of food products and kitchen employee performance
- develop liquor and wine selection and pricing strategy
- supervise procurement of liquors and wines
- assist General Manager with annual financial objectives and budget process
- execute and improve annual marketing plan
- focus on cost control including sales and payroll
- communicate effectively with management, employees, and accounting staff
- provide training and development for personnel
- conduct regular performance evaluations through the Kimpton Check-In
- implement ongoing training programs
- ensure daily cleanliness and maintenance of restaurant
- supervise non-supervisory service employees
- carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws
- interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and coach employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
