Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Flexible availability to work shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Experience with leadership preferably in food service or retail
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills to improve results and operations

  • Strong leadership experience ideally in food service or retail is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, make decisions, and drive change in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in problem solving to boost sales and streamline operations

Job Duties

  • Take ownership of food and beverage programs including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering
  • Drive food service sales and meet performance goals with focus on quality and consistency
  • Monitor trends and collaborate with peers to create action plans for optimization
  • Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivate outstanding customer service
  • Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development while recognizing great performance
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area complying with health and safety standards
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance to ensure efficient operations
