Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum of 5 years food and beverage management experience
- experience working in a unionized hotel environment
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication skills
- proficient in budgeting and cost control

Job Duties
- oversee and coordinate all food and beverage operations including outlets, in-room dining, and banquet services
- ensure compliance with union contracts, health and safety regulations, and brand standards
- maintain high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction
- manage budgeting, cost control, and profitability for food and beverage departments
- train, mentor, and supervise food and beverage staff
- collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance overall guest experience
- develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer service
