Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum of 5 years food and beverage management experience
  • experience working in a unionized hotel environment
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficient in budgeting and cost control

Job Duties

  • oversee and coordinate all food and beverage operations including outlets, in-room dining, and banquet services
  • ensure compliance with union contracts, health and safety regulations, and brand standards
  • maintain high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction
  • manage budgeting, cost control, and profitability for food and beverage departments
  • train, mentor, and supervise food and beverage staff
  • collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance overall guest experience
  • develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer service
