Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Minimum one year of restaurant leadership experience
  • Availability to work nights and weekends including diverse schedules
  • Ability to manage full-service restaurant operations preferred
  • Current food safety certification preferred
  • Proficiency in basic office software
  • Willingness to relocate within the region preferred

Job Duties

  • Direct the daily flow of the restaurant maintaining top-tier presentation and professional standards
  • Lead recruiting interviewing and training new talent to maintain a high-performing team
  • Mentor hourly team members to help them reach their next career milestone
  • Maintain a safe environment through strict adherence to security protocols and health department regulations
  • Handle guest feedback with grace turning first-time visitors into lifelong fans
  • Master the menu and prep standards to ensure every Bloomin Onion and steak is served perfectly
  • Represent the Outback brand within the local community through marketing and engagement efforts
