Job Requirements

  • at least 21 years of age
  • a minimum of one year in a restaurant leadership role
  • availability to work a diverse schedule including nights and weekends
  • prior experience managing full-service environments and bar operations preferred
  • current food safety certification preferred
  • proficiency with basic office software
  • willingness to relocate within the region preferred

Job Duties

  • direct the daily flow of the restaurant maintaining top-tier presentation and professional standards
  • lead the charge in recruiting interviewing and training new talent to maintain a high-performing team
  • mentor hourly team members to help them reach their next career milestone
  • maintain a safe environment through strict adherence to security protocols and health department regulations
  • handle guest feedback with grace turning first-time visitors into lifelong fans
  • master the menu and prep standards to ensure every Bloomin' Onion and steak is served perfectly
  • represent the outback brand within the local community through marketing and engagement efforts
