Job Requirements
- at least 21 years of age
- a minimum of one year in a restaurant leadership role
- availability to work a diverse schedule including nights and weekends
- prior experience managing full-service environments and bar operations preferred
- current food safety certification preferred
- proficiency with basic office software
- willingness to relocate within the region preferred

Job Duties
- direct the daily flow of the restaurant maintaining top-tier presentation and professional standards
- lead the charge in recruiting interviewing and training new talent to maintain a high-performing team
- mentor hourly team members to help them reach their next career milestone
- maintain a safe environment through strict adherence to security protocols and health department regulations
- handle guest feedback with grace turning first-time visitors into lifelong fans
- master the menu and prep standards to ensure every Bloomin' Onion and steak is served perfectly
- represent the outback brand within the local community through marketing and engagement efforts
