Job Requirements
- 1 year of management experience or 2 years of assistant management experience in full-service restaurant or hotel food and beverage operation
- Passion for elevated service and creative revenue generation
- Experience in upscale casual or fine dining environments is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to comply with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily outlet and banquet operations including guest service standards and initiatives
- Monitor and develop team member performance by providing supervision, professional development, counseling, and recognition
- Monitor and assess product, service and satisfaction trends and make improvements
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Initiate and implement marketing and up-selling techniques to promote services and maximize revenue
- Interview, onboard and provide ongoing training to team members
- Supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff
