Job Requirements

  • 1 year of management experience or 2 years of assistant management experience in full-service restaurant or hotel food and beverage operation
  • Passion for elevated service and creative revenue generation
  • Experience in upscale casual or fine dining environments is a plus
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to comply with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol standards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage daily outlet and banquet operations including guest service standards and initiatives
  • Monitor and develop team member performance by providing supervision, professional development, counseling, and recognition
  • Monitor and assess product, service and satisfaction trends and make improvements
  • Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Initiate and implement marketing and up-selling techniques to promote services and maximize revenue
  • Interview, onboard and provide ongoing training to team members
  • Supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff
