Job Qualifications
- One year of management experience or two years of assistant management experience in full-service restaurant or hotel food and beverage operation
- Passion for elevated service and creative revenue generation
- Experience in upscale casual and/or fine dining environment preferred
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Ability to implement marketing and operational initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Manage daily outlet and banquet operations including guest service standards and product quality
- Implement marketing initiatives and enforce policies and procedures
- Monitor and develop team member performance including supervision and professional development
- Assess product, service, and satisfaction trends and make operational improvements
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Interview, onboard, and provide ongoing training to team members
