Job Qualifications

  • One year of management experience or two years of assistant management experience in full-service restaurant or hotel food and beverage operation
  • Passion for elevated service and creative revenue generation
  • Experience in upscale casual and/or fine dining environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Ability to implement marketing and operational initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Manage daily outlet and banquet operations including guest service standards and product quality
  • Implement marketing initiatives and enforce policies and procedures
  • Monitor and develop team member performance including supervision and professional development
  • Assess product, service, and satisfaction trends and make operational improvements
  • Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Interview, onboard, and provide ongoing training to team members
