Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred but not required
  • Passionate about hospitality and team-building
  • Comfortable with tech tools like POS systems and scheduling software
  • Available nights weekends and holidays
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Duties

  • Lead from the front set the tone and the pace for top-notch service
  • Support coach and empower the front-of-house team to give every guest a standout experience
  • Be the go-to problem solver and create calm in the chaos
  • Help recruit train and mentor new team members
  • Keep the floor flowing by communicating clearly with the kitchen and bar
  • Monitor labor and inventory to help keep the business strong and efficient
  • Uphold cleanliness safety and hospitality standards at all times
  • Lead pre-shifts with energy clarity and a sense of purpose
  • Support sales goals by encouraging upselling and highlighting seasonal features
